About David

David W. Badger concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate, business law, tax law, agricultural law, and municipal law. Mr. Badger regularly counsels a variety of business and individual clients in addressing complex tax and estate planning matters.

Mr. Badger earned his undergraduate degree (summa cum laude) from Millikin University. Mr. Badger began practicing law with his father, Warren H. Badger, in 1979, after graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. Badger and his father joined Ehrmann Gehlbach Badger & Considine, LLC, in 1996.

Mr. Badger is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Lee County Bar Association. He is also a member of the real estate, estate planning, and taxation sections of the national and state associations. Mr. Badger is an Elder in the First Presbyterian Church, a member of the Dixon Noon Lions Club, and a former member of the Dixon Library Board. His past community service includes terms as a Trustee and former Chair of the Presbytery of Blackhawk, Trustee of the Blackhawk Presbytery Foundation, director of the Dixon Area United Way, and member of the KSB Hospital Ethics Committee.
