Mrs. Vivian graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. In 2007, Mrs. Vivian graduated with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Upon graduating, she moved to Peoria, Illinois, where she began her law career in a mid-size firm. Mrs. Vivian moved back to Dixon, her hometown, in 2008 and joined the Firm.
Mrs. Vivian is a member of the Illinois Real Estate Law Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association. She has contributed articles for the ISBA Real Property newsletter. In addition, Mrs. Vivian co-authored an article in the Illinois Bar Journal entitled, “Illinois Estate Tax Planning in 2009 and Beyond.” She also contributed an article entitled, “Tax Law Changes Under the Housing Assistance Tax Act of 2008” to the American Bar Association s Probate and Property publication.
Mrs. Vivian is currently a member of the board of directors of the Dixon Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a member of the board of directors of the Dixon Family YMCA. In addition, Mrs. Vivian is a campaign volunteer for the United Way of Lee County.
