Darla A. Foulker concentrates her practice in family law, including; but not limited to, divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, guardianship and adoption cases, and represents clients in Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside County.
Mrs. Foulker graduated magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2000.
Mrs. Foulker is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Lee County, Ogle County, and Whiteside County Bar Associations. She has been admitted to practice in Illinois since 2003.
In 2003, Mrs. Foulker graduated from the Northern Illinois University School of Law, finishing fourth in her class. In law school, she was an active member of the Public Interest Law Society and the Women's Law Caucus. Mrs. Foulker joined the Firm in 2011 after practicing for seven years with Ward & Ward Attorneys at Law in Dixon.
Mrs. Foulker has co-authored articles that have appeared in the Illinois State Bar Association's Family Law, General Practice, and Commercial, Banking, and Bankruptcy Law Section newsletters. She sits on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Lee County and Open Sesame Children’s Learning Center, Inc., and is the attorney for the Board of Directors for the Lee County Council on Aging, Inc.
